Project Advisory & Construction Management
Experienced construction management is defined as much by anticipation as by execution. Stratton brings that perspective to every engagement.
Stratton's approach is grounded in the direct execution of complex construction across multi-family, healthcare, education, government, and hospitality projects. That foundation informs how Stratton approaches owner representation: not as an administrator of the process, but as an experienced builder working exclusively on the owner's behalf.
Stratton provides owner's representative, project advisory, and construction management advisor services across the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning and contractor procurement through execution and closeout. Serving as an extension of the owner's team, Stratton provides informed counsel and project leadership without assuming the role of constructor.
The experience behind Stratton includes work across the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Mountain West for clients ranging from major health systems and universities to private developers and federal agencies.
